In order to ensure that all pets and people leave the clinic happy and healthy, we have some additional procedures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
⁃ Our new client and new patient forms are available on our website. If you have the opportunity, please fill them out ahead of time and bring them with you or email them to email@example.com. This will greatly reduce the wait time before people can be put into individual rooms.
⁃ All humans over 10 (staff and clients) must wear a mask. If you get to the clinic and realize you left yours at home, no problem! Just see the front desk staff and they will gladly provide you one.
- Our lobby currently has a limited amount of seating. The chairs are arranged in small clusters to maintain social distancing. Please be mindful of your distance between other clients when at the front desk, and maintain a distance of at least 6 feet whenever possible.
⁃ If our lobby is at its capacity, our reception staff will let you know, and kindly ask you to wait in your car. They will call or text you when your room is available.
⁃ Similarly, if you are uncomfortable waiting in the lobby or have a health condition that precludes you from wearing a mask, please check in at the front desk. If you cannot be immediately placed in an exam room, you will be asked to wait in your car and contacted when a room is ready for you and your pet(s).
⁃ As a medical facility, we clean frequently. Our cleaning procedures have been enhanced, to further prevent any possible spread of COVID.
